The latter, grz. I'll have limited access next week, but after that should have uninterrupted access for a while, so modding is fine... I just don't have time to be thinking about diplomacy for several hours every day (which I know I'll do if I'm playing, even if I say I'm not going to spend much time on it).

If it were going to start in a month or so, maybe I could play. But it looks like this will be starting fairly soon.

Powers assigned (I went with random since this is a first run of this variant, can do preference lists if there's another).

We'll be going with pretty normal deadline rules for movement seasons, about a week. You've got an extra day or so for the first season, both to give you extra time to decide on an opening and because I'll be out of town.

Remember that there is no diplomacy during retreats and adjustments, so there is no reason for them to take longer than a day or two.

You are welcome and encourage to send provisional orders; you can change your orders as much as you like until the deadline. If you aren't going to change them, you can also mark them as final, and if everyone has done so I will update early (except for this first season, probably, since I'm not sure what my access will be like).

You are also encouraged to send me updates of how your diplomacy is going... it's good reading for me, and it'll make it easier for you to remember the important stuff when it comes to post-game commentary!

There was one retreat, and since retreating the army gives the same end result as disbanding and building the army, I've gone ahead and given Austria the disband to leave the option open. If he would rather just retreat it so that it's known he has an army there, groza can say so publicly rather than sending a build.

But... but I cancelled that move and ordered NAF to EAS....

I ordered that move originally before you turned down the offer of support. It appears that IE (or Firefox) ate my PM, which I have saved in notepad, but isnt in my Outbox or Sent Items.

Mith - is there anything we can do? I did honestly order NAF to EAS. I couldnt believe MNO was angry at me and had to do a double take at the map to work out what had happened.

This Spring 1902 Moves doesn't seem to be showing the moves, so I'm not positive.

It matters in so much as it makes me out to be a liar/untrustworthy to MNOWAX which I didnt want. I accept that it was my fault, but I can move on from there. I just want MNO to know I really did attempt to resend after our discussion.
