The Letter is L.

We had a good string of -celli's going for a while there. This one will follow the Tahnancelli variant, with the following notes:
1. Research is permitted (by you and me) for generals, but not for stumpers.
For generals I will try my utmost to give literal answers when the questions are ambigious (ie: to "Are you American" I will answer "I do not currently reside in North, Central, or South America.")
2. The Botticelli rule is in effect. The person in question in undoubtedly more famous than Botticelli.
3. In order to get a general question, I must not be able to answer your stumper but another player must provide a correct answer within 72 hours. A player may provide only one such answer (no guessing!), but a second player might provide a second answer if the first is incorrect, within that 72 hour window. Thus, if the question is "Are you the GL's greatest puzzler?" and Scurra answers "Pablo", followed by Samadhi answering "Paladin", then the correct answer is deemed to have been given.
4. I can promise daily updates, as long as my internet connection holds out. If I disappear for a day or two, please be patient, and I'll be back in no time.

Did you have the game winning hit in Game 2 of the playoff series between the Dodgers and Hated Cardinals yesterday (or the day before, depending on time zone)?

(I had to check up on this, out of curiosity)

Clark Kent and Lois Lane didn't date until after the introduction of the Lana Lang character, so while one might consider Lois to have been his first romantic foil (in that she existed before Lana), she was not his first girlfriend in any sense.

The treasure hunter was named "Locke" in FFIIIu. I don't know whether they renamed him when it was rereleased as FFVI.

Have you been nominated for an emmy multiple times (currently tied for the record, IIRC), without winning once?

That's got to be Sophia Loren.

Ah, were you thinking of "Robin of Locksley" ?

IIRC, Brian Blessed was Lord Locksley, but "Robin of Locksley" was the related TV series, which didn't have Kevin Kostner in it. I don't think Robin Hood was ever referred to as "Robin of Locksley" in Prince of Thieves, or any other film version of the Robin Hood story...
