Jotto Royal Rumble [Game Over, DF wins!]

JOTTO Royal Rumble

All players will select a secret JOTTO word, which must be five letters long, have five unique letters, and be a real word (according to my scrabble dictionary). Players must PM their secret word to me.

I will shuffle all the players (via random.org) into an order, and each player will be targeting the player after them in line. Each player may then make a guess, in the thread, with another JOTTO legal word as to what the secret word is. I will provide the number of Jots (correct letters) in the thread, as well as a running tally of guessing and scores for everyone's words.

All guesses from now on must be IN BOLD AND CAPS.

Players may only make one guess per 24 hours. I'm going to update the thread once daily with up to one new word per person. You snooze one day, you fall behind. Breaks may be made over the holidays.

When a player guesses their target's word, or gets an anagram of it, the target is removed from the game, and the player targets the next player in line. That player also gets to send in a new word via PM for their own secret word, forcing the person targeting them to start over.

Computer aid is banned if it in any way solves or suggests words to you, or if it even solves letters for you. Basically, it can't do what a pen and paper couldn't do.

This is how I play at my mates house - there are four of us playing turn at a time.

However we count anagrams as correct. If the word is SAUCE, and you guess CAUSE then you win.

I've had a change of heart, and will allow anagrams as answers, as picking words that have multiple anagrams turns the game into a lottery rather than game of skill. I'm probably gonna post an official ruleset and call for players soon. Any other suggestions welcome.

Any rule questions ask them now before we're in the middle of the game and realize I've made a massive loophole.

You may NOT use any software to solve the jotto for you, nor suggest words to guess or whatnot. Pen-and-paper people Or if you can tell the program to auto-circle letters you think are confirmed or color or what have you, that's fine, as long as it doesn't do any solving.

Computer assistance may ONLY be allowed if it requires you to manually input the data as far as which letters are in or out. Basically, the only computer assistance allowed is barely helpful at all

So, with that, the game is open! One last note is that if anyone submits a word for their secret word that's too obscure by my rule, I will post it publicly so no one tries to guess it.
