They of course handle this the way they would any crime, with intense justice through a democracy, and by intense justice I of course mean lynching the crap out of them. It's a regular deliberation but the scumvibes everyone emit have increased tenfold! It's your job to lynch those who lack that common trait, that simple name, that...

THE RULES - Stolen from Amb, who stole it from Amb, who swiped it from Amb, who sneakily-deakily pulled it out from under Amb's nose, who stole it from Amb, who lifted it from Amb...

1. Have fun and don't be a jerk. Please have consideration for the other players and the mod, and actually PLAY the game by posting and voting.

2. No communication outside the thread unless your role allows you to do so and then only when specified.

3. Get your choices in before the deadlines. If not, a random choice will be made for the first night, and no choice for subsequent nights.

4. No quoting my or others e-mails/PMs/etc.

5. If you're dead YOU'RE DEAD. No more posting relevant information after that. A 'bah, go town' or 'bah, go mafia' post is allowed.

6. Lynching will be carried out once a regular majority is reached - and cannot be undone by unvoting. If I impose a day deadline, lynching will require at least half of the regular majority. In case of a tie, first come first served. In the endgame (six players or less) only lynches with a regular majority will occur.

7. Only votes in BOLD will be counted. Please clearly unvote if you want to change your vote.

8. Do NOT edit or delete your posts! If you made a coding error, just post again.

9. Do NOT post in invisible text.

10. You are not allowed to quote or paraphrase your winning condition, unless you want to risk a modslaying.

11. It is risky to lynch someone based on spelling errors in their role name.

12. The mod is always right. Accept the decisions, and if you want to discuss them, take it to private message (I'll allow this), or do so after the game has finished.

13. I feel the need to stress this: Have fun! Remember, it could be a lot worse.

So, have we got any kind of strategy, here? Should be bring one person (raekuul springs to mind) one short of a lynch and then make him claim? That's what milkshake claimed he was trying to do in my game. Of course, he was, in fact, scum, and was just claiming it after it was too late.

The fact that he brought up the word 'bandwagon' in this game, after getting burned because of doing it last game makes me think he is town. I don't see him making the same mistake twice. (Though last game he actually jumped on that bandwagon, so who knows?)

I'd really like to see what raekuul has to say. I suspect he'll give himself away if he is scum -- he seems to be genetically pre-disposed to doing so.

It's weird, after moderating a game, so I knew what was going on, who was lying and telling the truth, to be sitting here again with no clue.

I'm tempted to switch to a lurker or one of the non-voter. The latter are Courk and Poisonium. Unwilling to take a position? I probably shouldn't read anything into that, though. It's been so long since I've played I don't know anyone's patterns other than JDTAY tends to get lynched early.

I struggle to believe "In short, I'm a vanilla amb."

Firstly, I am amb! I am almost never vanilla in any mafia game. At the worst I am french vanilla. At best of course I am blackberry

Secondly, the mod. I highly doubt Crepr would actually do any vanilla roles. He'd be far more likely to do overpowered roles than under powered roles.

Thirdly, claiming on three votes says either a) Panicking scum or b) Inexperienced townie. A good townie can let a bandwagon ride for a bit because info gets dredged out with those. Eg the old theory of the third vote on a wagon being scum, weird theories and doubt casters.

So probably my best course of action right now is to Unvote;Vote JDTAY and watch him explode.

FOS: Amb metagaming and roleguessing is not what we need right now. It distracts from the issue and without a single claim is very premature. iteresting posts by JDTY but I have never played with him before so a read is difficult. Overall analysis an ordinary start but after what Raekuul pulled last game he seems a decent random lynch. hmmmm.

FOS: UM for pointing the finger at ALL OF US and for being critical of meta-gaming, which is clearly more fun and more useful that doing nothing at all. Also, he said that there hasn't been a claim, when there has (by raekuul); I find any lying to be suspicious.
