It's really not very funny.

For starters, there's not much point in having an "Earth" database (since we don't keep track of information on any other planets. It would probably be better to have [United States].Jobs.tbl_Offerings.

Maybe:
Code:
SELECT * FROM USA.Jobs.Offerings off
WHERE off.avgCoWorkerIntelligence >= self.fn_getIntelligence()
AND off.state_code = 'OH'
