hey, so I was gonna start up a poll tournament of Most Interesting Fictional Species, with UM's help. Can someone change the subtitle of the Poll Tournaments thread? or if you wanna wait until the tournament actually starts that's cool, it's only in nominations right now. Just figured posting here would be the place to get it changed?

I'm not sure how to give you mod privs, nor whether I have the right to do so (not technically -- I'm sure I do -- but socially), but I did figure out how to change the forum description.

I also was going to make the main thread for your poll sticky, but I did not see where to do that. What's funny is that I have done it before (with the Chestnuts thread), but I still couldn't find it in 5 minutes of searching.

I'm not sure how much the admins can tinker with the polling system, but is there a way to have a blind poll? where the results aren't shown until the end?

Also, is there a way to have checkbox polls as an option instead of just radio button polls?

Second for the blind polls, if possible. I openly admit that in polls that I have no real preference on I often vote for the underdog to make it more interesting.
