Your problem, though, is that you always attack me, whether there is evidence or not. Therefore, you're not credible when you do.

I don't think so. You were just in a tough situation, where the others had useful, believable, and verifiable claims and you didn't. I thought you played the game very well. I was the one who was too aggressive throughout. (and then there's MNO. Sigh. I'm pretty sure we could have had a win if we hadn't lost our roleblocker one round too early.)

Great game you guys! However if ctorj had used his ability scum would have probably won. He was a vampire so at any point in the game he could choose to come back from the dead and become mafia. So be glad he didn't Razz

Dude! That would have been so cool!

Kinda hard to explain, though, in a vampire-based game.

4 mafia in a 14 player game is reasonable, 5 seems a bit heavy for the Mafia team. I'm glad Ctorj didn't switch teams.

Oh, and Zag, I called your role DAYS ago. Good job throwing me off your scent (repeatedly).

What did you think of my made-up role: "not a very good cop"? Snik gave us a few safe claims, but it was hard to justify some of them being townies, and some were really minor characters -- they didn't even have their own page on the True Blood wiki.

Oh, and the lynch immunity was something that I got later, because you guys killed bgg on the first day. I was really hoping to save that for when we got down to two townies and me. I could claim and you wouldn't be able to lynch me. Bwahaha!

Well, it was sure fun and I have a much better understanding of the game now that I have played both sides. I am sure Sentran will never look at me the same in these games.

I am taking the next one off, but I will be back for the Fire and Ice!!

I have to grade apapers sometime. Almost Fonz Cool

This was a tough game for me. I investigated Zag because I was somewhat suspicious, but I got an innocent. Of course, I considered the possibility of him being a GF, but him surviving that lynch sealed it for me. I figured it would be way unbalanced* for the GF to have both those abilities. Plus, when a RBer targets the GF, he usually loses his investigation immunity. (That's not standard, just usual, so I don't find any fault with the mod.) Anyway, meh.

My big problem with the town in this game is that they didn't realize that Durryn, Sentran, and raekuul were so obviously town. The day after I died, I had more than half the town cleared. The biggest suspects left for me were Ally and Lucresia, with slight suspicion of Silver (though that would have been even more unbalanced* for scum to have a vig-shot). I'm glad you guys pulled it through.

* This is from my perspective at the time. I see now there was a reason Zag was immune that once.

I felt it was still a lot less unbalanced than the Death Eaters game, where
1. The "mafia" that is, Harry Potter and Snape, started out not knowing which other player was teamed with him.
2. The mod intentionally made them Chaz and me, knowing that there was animosity brewing. Naturally, I helped get Chaz lynched on the first day.
3. One town player (Voldemort) was an investigator AND immune to night-kill.

In spite of that, I would have won if I had decided the other way on the night-kill my last night.

Jedo, I know why you knew Durryn was town, and even Sentran, but raekuul? For all of the reasons I brought up against him when I got him lynched, I thought that they were excellent reasons and I would have lynched him for them if I had been town. What made you convinced of his innocence?

Edit: Oh yeah, about the lynch immunity: I was worried even about mentioning it, because it could just as easily be a mafia power as a townie.

Now you need to moderate one. I agree that you need to play both sides to get it, but you learn even more when you're a mod.

I hope that doesn't mean mine, which looks as if it might be next. Melancholy

I am way too nervous to Mod. Game balance has never been my forte'. However, we have been joking about making one of my soap.

I didn't realize that the order of the games got all switched around, but Yeah I am takeing yours off, but I will be watching closely and snickering in the background.

I jsut want to say something..

I believe i singlehandedly lost this game for scum. Four mafia, we should have dominated this game. I'm surprised no one picked up on the "there's just three of us" stuff in my final post, hopefully leading to a SK witch hunt. IMHO though i thought there was an SK with so many Mafia.

I can't believe I screwed up such a simple claim, i was ready to go and thought out my story, and then promptly screwed it all up by miscounting.

Good game town, sorry i let you all down scum!

This game really was a tough one for both sides, but thats what makes a good game, isn't it. I would have been stepping and fetching if I had been town, and that made it hard as mafia too. there were just so few things to point at most of the time.

C'mon guys, Zag was obv scum by mid game!! His ability was shouting godfather sooo hard. Then again I think it's your playstyle and leadership that really makes people follow and believe you, so good playing Zag. Revenge most foul!

Itisally, hat off to you as well. Even though scum lost, the game was very close. Itisally managed to lay low after the first day and under radar. It wasn't till I was convinced durryn was telling the truth that I knew itisally had to be scum.

Grats town at winning but. phew* that was a close one.

So, I was reading back over this game for some meta information...

allly, Zag, MNO, and bgg were scum!!

I must have missed this the first time. ally was the target of the vote by bgg for which I nabbed him, but I didn't realize how involved MNO and Zag both were in that situation. Also, I never realized the target of all this attention (ally) was scum. Crazy.

Props to the town for winning this. I've never seen a game where all of the scum were actually interacting with each other on Day 1.

there is a reason why we were feared as scum: especially if I do something crazy.
