So I just got a job offer from a medical software company called Epic. However, I've been reading some things online about them and I'm unsure of what to think. I know for instance that they still use MUMPS and Cache. Those mean nothing to me but I understand they're out of date or something.
Another site called them "Electronic sweatshops" that overwork and underpay young people.
Does anyone have anything to offer on the subject? |

Welcome to The American Dream. I believe you'll find that's how capitalism works.
Sorry, that sounds facetious. No, I know nothing about the company you mention. I'm sure they are no better or worse than any other regular company.

| They're pretty elitist. They want people young, straight of college with high GPAs and they don't care about experience. |
