OK, the last time I tried to mod a game, multiple life interferences made it drift. So I apologize to my players.

There's this new cool game by Asmadi Games, that I've been thinking on whether it was possible to port into play by forum. The game is Innovation.

The port seems hard to do, but if you know the game maybe you have some idea on how it can be done, because my ideas seem a bit clumsy, and I don't think the game deserves that. Revenge most foul!

Their official website doesn't have rules available, and a Google search yielded unrelated articles form CNN and the like.

From the description on their website, it's card-based. Is there an actual playing board? If there's some way to represent any board, that would take care of that (label spaces somehow,: X is on A2, Card Z is on G3) As for the cards, couldn't you just keep track in text form? If the cards are as complex as, say, Magic cards, it could get wordy, but still doable, I would think.

I can perhaps be more helpful if I can read the rules at least. Felicitous

There's 10 piles of cards, one for each age.

Each player keeps track of 5 different colors of cards in piles. This is complicated in that the piles can be "splayed" up/left/right which can cause more symbols to appear.

Yeah, it's this splaying thing that it's stumping me. Here's an example of how a layout of a player can look like, as well as a more detailed explanation of how a card looks like.
