I could've probably made this into a puzzle 
I came across this picture on EpicWin:

and I am almost sure there was an album cover very similar to this. My first thought was Pink Floyd, but that's not it.
Anyone (DP?) know what I'm talking about? |

Dunno about album covers, but apparently that's a person in a suit, a piece of "living art" from LA.
