As some of you know, I had been doing some traveling last month, including driving to Providence for the annual National Puzzlers' League convention, which was fantastic as usual. For those unaware, the convention moves from city to city depending on whose willing to host, and is generally open to the public (though even non-members should expect to pay the con fee if they stick around for a decent chunk.) Next year's convention will be in Portland, Oregon.
But enough about the recent past, let's talk about upcoming puzzles!
The CiSRA Puzzle Competition officially begins next Monday, the 8th. Four new puzzles will be released each day for a business week, along with hints for previous puzzles. It is typical for the first day's puzzles to be released early, and in fact they are already available. Anyone can participate in teams of up to four, and Australian students are eligible to win prizes.
And here on the Grey Labyrinth, The Ballad of Maxwell Control and Lessons in Ethics have been solved. The new puzzle available for your solving pleasure is puzzle 7 of the JAB hunt, Double-Spaced.
