I'd been getting through by a combination of being middle of the road in knowing the answers, plus some lucky guesswork. The final round I thought was the easiest of the lot, but although I "knew" more, my guessing wasn't quite as successful.

and yes i consider it a victory despite Scurra beating me. I'm at the top of the list in the "non-Scurra" division.

I never saw trading places, so I'm going to be watching that really soon.

I chose "Trading Places" as I was sure that most people would have seen that at least once...ah well.

This quiz was much easier for me as I preplanned the questions, getting 70 or so lined up in advance and just choosing 10 at random for each round. Hopefully there was a good mix and average scores of 5.5-6.5 per round suggests I had an even balance.

The next quiz will probably be in 6-9 months time. I shall be on the lookout for questions in the meantime.

I'm glad everyone enjoyed it.

Trading Places is a famous (although apparently not all that famous) 1983 American comedy film, directed by John Landis, starring Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy.

What is obvious to one person is a mystery to another...(Scurra excepted).
