That's spelled 'likelihood." Enthusiastic Grin

Laughing told you. I am a horrible speller and an even worse typist. And that is an objective absolute truth. Enthusiastic Grin

Back to me. :-)

I was seeking an objective truth that applies to everything in existence. But my point is that it will be impossible because we cannot know what everything in existence really encompasses.

As for the shape of the the Earth, I believe the entire "Flat Earth" theory was fabricated afterward to show how much smarter we are today. The people living in present day Egypt had a very good idea of the shape and size of the Earth about 4000 years ago.

Finally, it would be possible for Abraham Lincoln to have been the 5th president. But the number of lies it would have taken would be astronomical-- but after awhile the lies would just build on themselves. Consider this: how many new documents about this time period are being researched?
(I am not saying Abraham Lincoln was the 5th president.)

I am curious if there was conspiracy theories about his assignation that history books now ignore. Reading about such events always seemed so plain and simple. But events that happened in the last 100 years are full of mystery, hidden motives, secrecy and untold stories.
Like the time an atomic bomb was accidentally dropped on South Carolina. How many history books include that?

An objective truth would have to included details. People change, lose, and manipulate details. "A map of the Earth that shows all the details of the Earth would have to be the size of the Earth"
