11 and 5 should be good enough for a playoff spot. Maybe The Browns won't lose any more games.

The Rams have 6 points after three quarters. That ties them with The Seahawks for wipeout team.

Touchdown, Rams! They must have read my previous post and didn't want to be a wipeout team.

I'm watching this comedy of errors that is the Giants-Redskins game. It's still not in this league, but it's pretty funny. I think we're up to 5 or 6.

The Raiders have 3 points after one quarter. All other currently playing teams have more than 6. The Steelers, Bengals, Lions, and Bears have yet to play.

So I finally got around to actually looking at what the current wipeout selection means to me. The Seahawks are a GREAT choice! At this point, as long as I score anything and UMonk doesn't, I am well on my way to being out of reach.

This Pats game is killing me. The Pats have choked these close ones so much this year that even as we were 10 points ahead, it felt as if we were behind. Now it's tied up. If our freaking line could only protect Tom Brady for a quarter second or so, he can probably move it down for us.

OMG. McCourtey takes the kick-off, and I said, "just don't fum..." and he fumbled. I hate this game.

That game was too close, Zag. This won't be the last time I say this, but it astounds me how poorly the "top teams" are playing.

No kidding. Pats games are just a source of anxiety for me, lately. I'd rather they not be expected to win, and then it's just fun if they do.

Also, I'm freaking sick of Brandon Lloyd. He just drops too much, and you can tell Brady doesn't want to pass to him anymore. He may be fast, but if he can't catch the dang ball, he's worse than useless. I never thought I'd miss Randy Moss, at least, not after his last season with us. But even when he was slacking off, he didn't drop easy touchdowns that were right in his hands.

The strange part is I really want the Lions to win. If the Packers can't overtake at least the second spot in the division, they won't be going to the Super Bowl. (At least, I don't remember three teams from one division going to the playoffs.)

I'll probably jinx it by saying so, but a Lions shutout would be excellent for my Wipeout position.

Maybe I'll adjust my strategy. If Zag scores no more points (though it seems he has already taken measure to insure he does), I only have to average 131 points per week to catch him. With teams scoring an average of 22 points a game, that means I only have to choose 6 teams each week. If I would just play smart instead of greedy, I could easily win.

Here's hoping the Bucs are the Wipeout Team.

Doesn't seem likely. Zag can coast with the few "sure things" every week.

Anyhow, let's go Colts (as the wipeout team)!
