I'd like to think that the order would go a little like this: 4 7 1 5 3 2 6

The moon jumpers would not have any air resistance, but their acceleration due to gravity is roughly 15% that of Earth's. Their velocity when they hit would still only be around 56 m/s, which translates to about 180 f/s or a top speed of approx 100 mph. The terminal velocity of the Earth jump spheres is still approx. 120mph.

The parachute users (other than the moon jumper), I approximate to have a terminal velocity of 10 m/s and will take approx. 100 seconds to travel the 1Km from the diving board to the pool surface.

Another interesting (but probably unimportant) fact is that all spheres other than jumper #7 have a density lower than that of water. Each have a density of approx .654 g/cm^3 whereas #7 has a density of approx 1.04 g/cm^3. Water has a mean density of 1 g/cm^3 (at 1 degree C). The others would float once they reached bottom, and #7 would stay at the bottom.
