(A) B* C 2. (A) B C* 3. (A*) B C this means: there are 3 possible ways of the game to continue - the prize is behind A,B or C. this diagram shows the possible situations (revealed to all). then the host takes away a door: 1. (A) B* 2. (A) C* 3. (A*) B OR C... Now, choosing A and choosing to STAY with door A will get you the prize 1/3 of the time!!! Switching will get you a prize 2/3 of the time!!!
