Assumptions :
Persons : p1, p2 and p3
Monkeys : m1, m2 and m3
I ll put in bit of diagramatical way!
side 1 side 2
=======================================
p1 + m1 -> m1
<-p1
p1 + m2 -> m2
<-p1
p1 + p2 -> p1
<- p1 + m2
p1 + p3 -> p3
<-p1
p1 + m3 -> m3
<-p1
p1 + m2 -> p1, m2
Here, -> denote 'reaching side 2'
<- - denotes coming back to side 1
Pls let me know if any case fails and any clarificartion is req.

| Sorry but you are forgetting that on your 2nd to last trip, you will have one person and 2 monkeys on the 1st side. However, the rules state that you can only have as many people as their are monkeys. Therefore, your poor human will be going thru many therapy rehabilitation sessions after hearing and dancing to all that organ music. |
