While tightly gripping the lining against the belt a few inches from the end of the belt, with your other hand, loosly pull the lining over the end of the elastic belt making sure not to move the belt with the lining, then tightly grip the lining against the belt in the location which you just pulled the lining down the belt, with the other hand, loosly pull the lining down the belt tightening the loose section of lining which you just made, repeat this until the belt is outside of the lining.
