Well, since it would appear from the generality that the enemy is likewise color coordinated, so be it, if the killer was indeed in a different color than the civilian, then guilt it is (as suggested earlier). However, there is no way the general is guilty, and the prosecution should go for a mistrial by shouting out "Not Guilty." Why? Because the puzzle states that the murdered was a civilian IN the enemy army. IN the army? This is not possible. Civilians are not IN the army, are they. So chances are the deceased was truly a spy.
