If this is a legitimate scam, shouldn't there be an unbeatable starting hand? And what would keep someone from drawing a royal flush and turn the starting draw over to the scammer(as well as up the ante)?

This is my first post here and I'm sure most of you are tired of this subject but I can't believe people have actually been taken in by this scam.

Don't be sure about us being tired by THIS puzzle. Right now ANYthing would be better than The Professor IMO ;-]. Even more so a 5yo one...

About the Poker puzzle: you're right! Quote from the solution: "Obviously, a tie may be assured by the first player by selecting a royal-straight flush."
