The future is looking bleak...

I had my highschool four-year plan done two days ago, wtih a counsler. I had it done so late because I skipped 8th grade. (after finishing my second year of 7th, as not to give any GLers any illusions about my intelligence) We talked about my motivations, my skills, and the amount I had for an after-highschool education. I'm on a College/Tech Prep plan with my pathway career being Business/Networking, and if it still sounds at least okay, I'm going to be taking Accounting 1 my junior year and Accounting 2 my senior year. Of corse, a four-year isn't really something written in stone...

I had a dream last night. I was younger in it, but not much younger. I'm guessing the time was summer, but I'm not sure. We went to a small coastal town for vacation. I had the best time of my life there. I made friends, and I was happy. The rest of my family seemed happy for the first time in a long time too. My mom wasn't in it, which surprises me, because I was at an age before her death, and in the dream, it seemed also like at a time before it, too... Late 90's... I remember we got back after a longer than planned time there, and me and my sister asked if we could move there, and my dad said yes, and we were both so happy at his decision... So very happy...

That was just the time I woke up. For a minute I was really depressed and disappointed, then the rest of the day, including now, I was just a little more depressed than usual...

(As a random comment on the topic of dreams, for the past two nights I've had a weird semi-awake dream/hallucination thing where someone's holding me down with their hand over my face. Now I don't want to go to sleep, even though I'm horribly tired, because it's seriously unpleasant and I'm scared it'll happen again.)

Last week, I had a dream where they went after all the "aberrent" (independent) thinkers, including everyone on this site, and a few of my school friends, were gradually disappeared. I told my parents, but they didn't believe me. I tried to warn some of my remaining friends, but they thought I was crazy. Then they I went into hiding. I watched as an evil regime, through incessant propaganda, took control of the world in a matter of weeks, without anyone realizing it. It's the worst dream I've had since I was five...

Creeped me out.

let's see... one night i dreamt that luna and i were driving down some road (she was driving, oddly), and there was a big explosion/blinding light sort of thing and the world was ending. another night my mom got abducted by aliens. except i had a brother instead of a sister and i was watching myself on tv. i've had some more weird ones lately but i cant remember them right now.

JDTAY, depressing times make the happy times possible. Explore your feelings while you are feeling this way. Feel the depression and be keenly aware of it. Then when the time is right, shake it away and move on.

One time I dreamed i was in the back of the family car and we were driving over an overpass, but I fell out the window and was floating to the left of the overpass, and this gigantic clown's head was laughing and throwing clown balls at me. It was freaky.
