| Does anyone happen to have a list of common mathematical/logic Axioms and/or Postulates? I haven't found a good complete list on the internet anywhere. |

| Two things both equal to a third thing are equal to each other, especially if they're both right angles, etc, etc, etc... |

of what sort are you looking for, m? i have a bunch of logical postulates (demorgan's laws, if ya've ever heard of em) and a bunch of math ones (euclid's tried and true five axioms and others) not to mention many fields of math (chaos theory, for example has three basic tenets) If you want any or all of these I'd be fine to post 'em.

Not a direct answer to your question, but one of the coolest, most extensive and authoratative math web sites on the net is http://mathworld.wolfram.com/
It was down for over a year (some sort of copyright dispute or something), but now it's back. It will have a lot of what you're looking for. The Foundations of Mathematics section has this page on Axioms. |

| Cool, I didn't know that site was back up. I was grieved when it went down because of the copyright thing. Thanks for the heads up. |

Another great site is http://www.wikipedia.com/wiki/
I find a lot of answers in the math section - haven't checked the other sections. |
