I'm trying to do some analysis on an experiment i did in bio. I need to use excel to do this, because the bio teacher is obsessed with the program. I input all the data, but when i try and graph something, it sets the bottom of a bar graph, at a little below my lowest term. Ergh, can't really define that. I'm trying to graph 2 columns right? one is about 45, one is 50, it'l set the bottom of the thing at 40, so it looksl ike the 50 is twice as tall as the 45. How do i get this to stop (sorry for being completly unintelligible, i'm a bit tired right now)

Right click on the axis in question and select Format Axis (or just double click it). Select Scale. Turn off the Auto Scaling thing, and put in whatever you like.

except you don't need to turn autoscale off. Just edit the min value and the 'auto' would understand you don't need it and deactivate by itself. @ mith
