I was wondering if anybody has any good sources on medevil knights, and english longbowmen, or if they know a lot about the subject, I need help getting sources for an essay, and if you have things you would like to add, I'd need to know your name position, and where you work (prefferably a hs or college social studies teacher) help would be greatly appreciated.

I've read timeline, and that's nowhere near what I'm looking for.
Primary sources on expense, armor and things like that would be greatly appreciated.

I have a good book about the history of Longbows, including Longbowman's equipment, training, uniform and terms of service. Said book is called:
Longbow: A Social and Military History by Robert Hardy.

If you want something really specific on Medievil Knights and their life, then this book:
English Medieval Knight 1200-1300 by Christopher Gravett.
This give a life account of a knight back in those days. It give in depth information on costs of becoming and being a knight, the feudal system, tournaments etc. It also has rare pictures of early armour pieces that are not generally seen in museums.
