In my WebBrowse of today, i encountered:
OMG=OhMyGod
DNFTT=Do Not Feed The Trolls (don't reply to this topic)
GIGO=Garbage In Garbage Out (output of a computer program or of some automated device based on wrong input is unreliable)

Thought i just update here, 'cause i have no PERSONAL collection of these anywhere else.

ISE=Internal Server Error. Something we GLers get from time to time. That way, the reply we just sent is not included YET in the page. That usually triggers re-post, which results in double-posts.
Actually i saw ISE somewhere and i don't know if it was used in this context. Do you know any other meaning of it?

THP= 1. Texas Highway Patrol (Quailman)
2. TreasureHunt Puzzle (Logain)

Another few I use, or used to use.
DOA - Dead on arrival, if something you ordered comes in broken
Fugazi - F*cked up, got ambushed, Zipped In.. same as fubar..
YMMV, your milage may vary means that you may have a different experience then I have.
NT/NL, - often seen on messageboards with requests, meaning, no text/no link
LPITC, to describe an unknown computerproblem, meaning The Little People Inside The Computer.
IRL - In Real Life
MICROSOFT - Most Intelligent Costumers Refuse Our Software On First Try
And one that bugs me if they say it wrong in computer magazines and such: DVD - Digital Versatile Disk, and not Video

Another work-related one:

Friday is called "poets day", because you get to Push Off Early, Tomorrow's Saturday.

And btw,

F.O.S = Finger Of Suspicion - a GL term used in many a game of Mafia.

IS = InternetStranger - a particular GL'er.

okbridge (an internet bridge site) uses brb, and then just "b" for back, but it seems to be specific to that site
