if you never thought that i had a plan from the start then allie with me Chika-chika and you shall see my plan is quite clever, it is based off the assumptions of what others will do. Wheather or not you choose to allie is completely up to you but i would recommend it if we are both to come out ahead in this little game we have here... else wise i wish you the best of luck and may the best man or women win...

Yeah i will go along with the bidding thing of 1 point... seeing that no one wants to allie with me...forging alliances is going to make or break alot of people in this game and i think that we should all stick together in this.

as far as everyone trusting me... well I don't gain anything by bidding more so why would I? This seems like much more of a team game than an individual. The more people in on this the better. Unless anyone else has any suggestions of how to beat the system.

There is no way to KNOW if someone is going to lie to us. All we can do is trust them, and hope that they won't. So stop arguing about who to trust and not, you'll just have to trust everyone.
And the truth is yes you would gain more points if u were to bid more, but then we all know you can't be trust.And then your advantage ends there.

I disagree with you ripple. we were told sometimes we wouldn't even know how many points we had, so we probably won't know others points as well. we havn't yet been told that the winner of this little points game will be divulged to us, so where are you coming up with that? you seem to be trying to gain leadership and trust from everyone, i tend to believe you will be one of the backstabbers. i may be a pessimest, but from what i know about human nature, someone always cheats. it is inevitable. So, i am not going to be a backstabber, but i will tell you all straight out. i am not going to bid 1. if multiple people win they share the points but if multiple people lose they all lose the points, there is no sharing of lost points. i think you should all be a little more careful of who you trust. this is not like in class. everyone is anonymous here and they will be more inclined to backstab. Emulator may have an ego, but he sounds a lot more honest than you do. What's in it for you ripple? i don't think you'll bid one. and i doubt many of the people in your alliance will either. This was meant to be a cut throat game and because of human nature, i believe it will be. i may be pessimistic, but at least i am not fooling myself.

DUH!! I submitted an idea and he is going along with it, but because of the so called "human nature" u won't agree with us. As for u claiming not to be a backstabber, i don't believe it. u have declared this a game a lies and deceit, why would u say that unless that is the only way u would profit. It may be human nature to be a backstabber, but who said u have to follow human nature? In my experience of the world of unknown identities, there have always been the backstabbers, but there also have always been those who just want to help. I for one will play the game as it forms, but i say that we make it a game of trust, not of lies and deceit. True, someone was bound to lie if we all agreed to bid one point, but who cares?? It is just a game, firemeboy even said that the person with the most points will not win, we decide who wins. If we agree to bid 1 point and people lie to us then we will the KNOW that they are backstabbers. We will KNOW and not have to speculate anymore. It may be too late to convince u of joining in the bidding of 1 point, but i hope that later we all may come to trust one another. Because if there is no trust, then what do we have to build upon? Nothing. And if we can't build anything then what is the point of trying. I am still offering to work with anyone. I hope that this will not break down into cut throat game. And i beleive that this game will be what me make of it, so chose for it not to be a game of lies and deceit, but a game where we can trust each other, and complete these challenges as one, not as many. I'm sure that I will be accused of wanting to run this thing, but I don't want that. I say we form a group together of all of us, and let someone that we all agree upon run it. I believe that this would be the best way to achieve what we all want.

I got a copy of the game results, and I noticed that there's a lot of people who've been posting who arn't on the paper. I wonder if they didn't bid?

It is interesting to note that nobody who posted what they would bid actually stuck to what they said. Includeing me .

Challenge # 2: Takers Keepers…

Deadline – Must have decision to me by Tuesday, March 2nd. Again, you can change your vote up to that point. Depending on how the discussion goes, you may want to.

Ok, there is a lot at stake on this game. You have the ability to win quite a bit if you stick together. Here are the rules.

Since nobody gained any points last time, I am going to give everybody 500 points. Free and clear. You don’t have to do anything.

Well, except for one small thing…

You have to decide if you want to keep what you have. Or try and take what other people have…You will do this by sending me an e-mail that says either of the following:

Take Other’s.

Keep Own.

If everybody keeps what they have, then everybody gets 500 points. That is the end of the story.

However, if somebody decides to take, well… that is when things get tricky. Here is the run down for the chart below. The first two columns are the numbers of takers and keepers. The next two columns are what the takers and keepers would receive. So for example, if one person ‘took’, and everybody else ‘kept’, then the people who kept would still receive part of the 500, but the taker would receive much more.

Of course everybody would take then, right? Well, if you do then the group will lose out as a whole. If we have a lot of takers, then nobody wins, as is evident the farther down the chart you look.

Whether or not you take or keep will be forever kept a secret but you do get to have a discussion period. Remember, only by cooperating can you come out ahead, so you must work together, and vote together. By sticking together, you can all come out ahead.

It would be best for all of us to keep, but for that to happen you're going to have to trust one another. So get over all the problems and say u will keep. I think this is the best choice, and hopefully all of u will agree with me this time.
