I max0red the test, giving me an IQ of 138 exactly.

This test was a load of bull shite. The only thing worse than FOX trying to turn a crappy internet test into a prime-time event was their misuse of statistics.

For the record, "women have an IQ of 111, and whoa, men have an IQ of 113!".

If there's no rant-fest about this, I'm going to feel like I lost an hour of my life. The only reason I watched it was because I figured it would make for a good GL conversation piece.

People who watch this sort of thing should be shot. Repeatedly. Also, any sort of reality tv show.

Test the nation things... I really hate those. Recently... well, semi-recently, there was this 'are you/they a psychic' test. Their questions were leading, premises flawed.

My brother watches these things. Vegt, can you please shoot him, if I drag him here?

There were a small variety. Some involved summing 8 numbers (mostly one-digit), others involved rotations of an image (pick out the rotation that is the mirror image), there were some involving memorizing addresses and determining errors when the address was displayed again.

It was entirely multiple-choice - 4 answers. 60 questions or so. Many of the questions had the typical socioeconomic basis, too. (asphalt being different from linoleum and carpet) Other questions were just stupid (which of these shapes can form this 3D object, except that the graphics very closely resembled those I've seen online before. They were not even scaled to the same size.)
