| I'm here in Seattle, if you decide to drop by after the visit to Oregon. I could even drive down there if it was easier. And I think RSA lives about 2 hours away from me, so if he was interested we could coordinate something. But if you do make a seperate trip up to Washington state, I'd be willing to find a place for you to stay. |

| Where do you live in Seattle, FaerieFire? I used to live in the Lake City/Wedgwood districts... between them, actually, right by Nathan Hale High School. |

im not quite sure, but, if you stop near Middletown, New York (in Orange county, near New Jersey and Pennsylvania) you might be able to stop and crash at my house for a night, if my parents allow. just email me (paulrei@hvc.rr.com) if you plan to come near and i'll ask.

I think the closest stop I saw was in ND. That's really sad. Regardless, I'm in WI, would love to see ya kiddo. You'll have to talk to me in IM about sleeping arrangements and such, but I'm sure something can be arranged.

Well you can always come visit me in Indianapolis, Indiana. Of course then you'd have to play DDR.
You can play magic with Eykir and argue rules with him Might also get to see mass sappiness if L'l is in town.
Best time would be on a weekend. |

Canada's not a very big place, you could meet Borschevsky and I somewhere between Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia.
I'd reccomend stopping by NYC...talk to Hatty and co. Another possible place to spend a day would be Ohio, although many of the GLers there are younger.
And if you happen to fly into YHZ (Halifax International Airport), give me a shout... (there's no-one else nearby, so it wouldn't be a very efficent desination, but we get lots of diverted planes ) |

Antrax,
If you do decide to come to the D.C. area, let us know asap so we can plan a mini GL D.C. convention for it. We can do the D.C. monuments/museums/getting-drunk-in-GeorgeTown thing. Stay a day or two.

Heck, if we plan it earlier enough, me & Huey could probably drive your bum to the next place you like to stop at. We are up to driving to NYC with you if you let us know in advance so we can take a few days off from work.

The people on the coasts should keep you busy for some time, but if you do make it to the midwest, specifically the Omaha area, we could probably meet for a bite to eat.
Coyote: You live in Ontario? I grew up in Baker. Every summer my best friend and I would ride our bikes to Ontario and spend a weekend there. |

I would like to invite you to the wild world of Ohio. I couldn't meet with you or do anything, but if you have a free day and you're in NW Ohio (Toledo area), spend the day at Cedar Point. Kidnap someone for company if no GLers in the area can go.
Keep in mind that Cedar Point would only be open in summer.
In NE Ohio there are a few land marks. Cleveland has the Browns, the Cavs, and the Indians (football, basketball, and baseball, respectively). All of them suck wookie, but if you have a free day in this area... Cleveland also has the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Museaum of Natural History, the Science Museum, and an IMAX theater (which might be in the Science Museam).
Akron can offer the wonders of the former rubber capitol of the world. You can see the Goodyear headquarters, old tire factories that are now attempting to be office buildings, and old warehouses that still have soot on them. If you pass through here there's a good chance that you'll see The Spirit of Goodyear, a blimp. Some time in August (?) Akron hosts the All American Soap Box Derby. Kids build wooden "cars" and race them down a hill. Akron also has the Inventors Hall of Fame. It costs a lot to go in, and it sucks, but hey, it's here.
That's all IF you find yourself in Northern Ohio. Don't go out of your way |

Bumping this for myself, so I can find it easily when I'm in the US. My current plan is to actually have two trips, one to the east coast, and one to the west coast, but I still don't know when I'll do either.

Hey, if you find yourself in Florida then stop on by my place.
Hang out, stay the night. Whatever. My roommate is never around (at least when I am) so no problem there.
There's Miami Beach (sorry, too cold for the topless bathers) and a decent-to-good (varies by opinion) mall fairly close enough to me.
We can play M:tG with my 5 year old decks. PS2. Dreamcast. More anime than you can shake a stick at (over 600 titles).
Wee.
And this offer goes out to any GLer. Er, most any.

Ehh...I don't think Ant's getting persecuted here on account of his religion anyway.
You're a sport, chief, but you need to work on your finesse just a bit:
-------------------
I may have to reconsider my invitation. I'm afraid Ant may padlock my house and move all my furniture to a more appropriate neighborhood.
