I keep getting asked about a new D&D game on the GL. At the moment, and in the foreseeable future, I don't have time to run one. I do, however, have time to create a module for someone else to run, if anyone would be interested in that.

The Poncho gang is the ULITIMATE role playing experience.

I've done some wierd stuff while roleplaying that the GM never expects.
1. I was playing a friend's shadowdancer (prestige class in D&D 3rd Ed). He went away for about 1 hour.
2. The group encountered a problem where thousands of peasants were trying to enter a fort by force. Some of the other players took the conventional way: Mob control using the guards, talking rationally, etc. They weren't very successful
3. I made my character's shadow extremely large and shouted "BOO!" very loudly. I rolled a meager 9 vs the DC
4. There weren't any peasants at the gate within 2 minutes of the incident.

Not exactly the most lawful good way to get a job done, but it works

HAHA. That's the kind of stuff I like to do.

Robert's brother was playing a Barbarian Dwarf in a game Robert was DMing. He was a dwarf who was very proud of his beard, as well. Well, during a rest period at a bar, our weapons were taken from us by the bartender. We couldn't have them in the bar. At some point, we were attacked by dozens of halflings. To save the Dwarf from a big pile of halflings, I put a Light spell on his beard. The halflings got scared and ran away, but the Dwarf didn't talk to me for quite some time, and my character up to that point had gotten along with him the best of the group (mainly because I gave him all my ale).

I would like to play, since I keep getting left out of these things. I would only be available evenings and weekends, but I doubt that's a problem.
