Mini-Con Texas (Updates Within)

I've become jealous of all you big city Northern folks getting to go to conventions on the spur of the moment... And everyone who's been to any conventions that I couldn't afford to go to. So I'm going to host my own. DPW begged for a visit so I decided if he's coming down here I might as well invite others. So come on down to Tyler. I have no idea if Mith will be in town.

Right now the plan is 3-4 days in Tyler, TX the first week of August. There's limited space available to stay with me so accomodations not a guarantee. There are reasonably priced hotels and B&Bs close to me. I'd be more than willing to help scope something out if you need it. No activities planned as of yet. Just settled this out with my parents tonight and I want to see if there's any interest at all.

See, you yanks have the urge to do things over there. Here in blighty, which is a zillion quillion times smaller than Texas, we have several folk who live with a small radius. London alone has Soothsayer and Chien Fou, and close surround has Gomez and myself, and not a million miles away there is Duphrates, KD and rlp, and out in cousin kissing land there is Fried Egg, yet we never have the urge to fix a meet up!
