This inspired by Paladin's original (pruned) thread of the same title and concept.

1. You remember symptoms from the old thread.
2. You use the "Today's Active Topics" page to check for threads that have been updated since your last visit.
3. Your knowledge of HTML is based on UBB code.
4. You know someone who looks just like Dethwing or Aga or...
5. You have to post a "I'll be away" thread when you leave town on vacation.
6. Your S/O has a unique screen name.
7. You know some GLers by their real names.
8. You have stuff from other GLers.
9. You remember the great crash of '01. (oh, those were dark days...)
10. You have your own symptom to add to this list.

Unless we lock this thread (please don't), the number of addictions is going to change fairly regularly, so there's no point in updating the title each time. If my views are obscure and tangential to the mainstream, please feel free to change the title back, with my blessing.}
