....!

A waste of time!

If your link wasnt so successful at getting more players, I should be offended Enthusiastic Grin

And case that is read the wrong way, I'm smiling while I type that. The more players that enter the game the better it is. I wish I could do one with hundreds or thousands of entrants! (Maybe via facebook)

I wonder how many entrants it would take to crash a server when you run the script. And the way it's coded, it runs every time you view the results. So if each player was looking at it at the same time, and changing their color and player code... That could get hairy. The code could handle it, I'm fairly certain, but even being text based it's doing a lot of calculation and restructuring server side.

This is a bit late, but I saw Spacechem was on sale on steam during the huge holiday saleathon thing they did. That game is a lot of fun, engineering/programming, with chemistry theming. Basically you use two programmable "waldos" as they call them, to move, drop, bond, rotate, and otherwise manipulate atoms.

The first two "planets" are relatively easy with just one plant taking two elements and making a 2-4 atom compound. Then it starts ramping up when you have to take 3 or 4 different elements, fusing together only 2 at a time, using more and more foundries each with their own functions and such.

I'm sure I remember playing this a couple of years ago (Big Fish I think.) It's very nice although I preferred the full screen version.

I know the feeling. I didn't bother with the composing tool that you "achieve" at the end.
I was surprised that I could spot discordance when there was just a slight variation between two tiles that I needed to swap.
I used the hint only once, and that was partially to see what it would do, though i was stuck at the time.

Takes a lot of timing. It has some puzzle, although most of the pieces to puzzle are the right times and amplitudes to jump at.

I'm frustrated at level 15, I know I can do it if I spend five more minutes, but I would rather not fail a Biotechnology course, so I'll focus on that instead.
