I assume the old thread was pruned.

Anyway, today it was curried buffalo heart with rice. I wonder if I'm the first one to ever cook that one up? There's a place near me that raises buffalo (bison) - also where I get beef - no hormones or antibiotics, "range fed". Actually, after somebody posted about that goveg.com weirdo, I watched their (PETAs) video, and I think I'm more inclined now to buy all my meat there.

For dinner I had some bagel bites, grapes, popcorn, and a cookie. And some water from a leaky cup. Other than the leaky water, it wasn't bad.

SK, I suggest more Snapple (whipper is preferable) and cheesecake. Hop to it, we all know you make a mean cheesecake!

I just tried cheesy potato pancakes today, which my mom made from leftover mashed potatoes. They're delicious, especially with Louisiana Hot Sauce.

Good man! Support your local organic food producers. It generally tastes better anyway.

I did mean properly as in healthily, but I concede, you can't start the day any better than with a fry-up. (BTW - Does an Ulster Fry have black pudding in it?)

breakfast - bagel and water
lunch - liverwurst sandwiches (with gobs of mustard and a slice of tomato), cottage cheese, baked beans, skim milk. Oh, and a few nutter butters.
Dinner tonight - oven roasted potatoes, and grilled marinated chicken, and skim milk, probably a ice cream sundae afterwards (homemade)

You know, I should weigh less than I do.
