Sure. I think I originally (and by this I mean about 9 months ago  ) had it in BLA just so it could be said to hold no matter what was elsewhere (i.e. even in the unlikely case that you had a fleet in Dac). |

Well, if *I'm* not in BLA, and there's a fleet in Dac, it can move to Dac, and then he'll have three against Byz.
Admittedly, it's ridiculously unlikely that there would be a fleet in Dac, but... |

| If I had a fleet in Dac, isn't it a little unlikely that you'd get a fleet into BLA attall? I mean, I'd have to let you in for starters... |

| army supported fleet moves Byz to Bithynia, and (again army supported) a fleet to Byz - that's a way to get in BLA even if greece holds Dac. |
