OK, board updated again. It is now Winter 1904. Builds ASAP please...
By the way, Russia and Italy have now both been eliminated from the game. We are now down to five players, of roughly equaly strength, so future developments will be highly unpredictable...
I think we are entering what some call the mid-phase of the game.  |

If you don't mind, could you change the title of the Orders page to stop mentioning Spring 01? 
And would you be against me keeping track of this game on John's site, since i always feel a little low to see the "The page cannot be found" 404? I kind of liked the idea of being able to see the history... |

I've only been using the standard RealPolitik files downloaded from their site. I certainly haven't moved the labels attall... |

I just meant that i'd like to have a john's standardized version of HTML tracking of this game (dip001 and dip006 are the only pages that are not available there) - i'd be updating it, but since it's your game i thought i had to ask first...

Erm, well, truth be told, I cannot be certain that he hasn't already sent me his orders (since I've been having more e-mail problems). I've asked him to send them to me and appologised if he's already sent them). Indeed, I will appologise to everyone if I find out it was my fault.
So, we must wait as I haven't heard back from him since I e-mailed him yesterday... |

It quite often happens that a player has (or thinks he has) sent his moves and they've not been received for whatever reason. My Public Humiliation Notices have generally gotten the orders in pretty quick. When we have a problem where macros is bumping the thread and FE is waiting for macros, one gets the impression that God has left Heaven and all is not well with the world.
I for one issued a PHN to one player and promptly received my confirmed copy of his orders How I lost them is beyond me, but blaming Bill Gates would be a good start point.
Maxine has b*****ed off to play The National Wimmins Teams for the weekend; she'll be back Monday some time I guess. We have until then to get the next orders adjudicated. |
