So the town's on our side.. that's a good sign.

[rlp]

Overhearing, the townsperson you talked to gives you an odd look.
'Huh? What do you mean by that?'

[Degenerate]

"Umm..nothing, absolutely nothing at all. You see, I'm a schizophrenic, and I was merely talking to my other friend."

[rlp]

'Hmmm...' The townsperson thinks for a while. 'Okay, I believe you. Say, why don't you and your friend do something about those doors?'

[CrystyB]

((i would be a troll, esp since you said that didn't matter when i climbed))

(to Degenerate)
Well, thanks, i guess. Why didn't you let me see if i can get in throught there? All i found was the fact that the vines crack easily!

(i'm heading towards the door and try to break it down)

[rlp]

As CrystyB goes over to the oaken doors, the guards edge away from him, muttering. CrystyB suddenly breaks into a runs and attempts to ram the doors open. All this achieves is a dizzy CrystyB sitting on the ground with a nasty headache, and the guards that were attempting to knock the door down laugh at him. The doors remain closed.

[Degenerate]

I inspect the door. Any place for a key or anything of that sort?

[rlp]

Examining the door, you realise there is a key hole, but it is of such an unusual shape that it would be useless without the key.

[Degenerate]

I ask the guard if I can borrow his sword.

[rlp]

The guard you pick to ask looks puzzled. 'Why? You have your own sword, don't you?'

[Degenerate]

I tell him "I may need to borrow yours also".

[rlp]

'I had to buy this sword, I'm not letting you borrow it unless you tell me what you're going to do.'

[Degenerate]

Ah, forget it. I doubt my plan would've worked anyway.

[CrystyB]

((umm i didn't exactly wanted to use my head as a ram, you know? A Shoulder or a few low kicks would have done just fine! And you never told me what were the windows like...))

I go over to Fezzik's side to see what's happening on there...

[rlp]

The ever present crowd is there, but Fezzik is not, and part of a curtain is waving out of a window.

[Degenerate]

I climb up Fezzik's side of the tower.

[rlp]

Degenerate begins climbing the side of the tower, with the crowd cheering him on. After a few near falls, he reaches the first window.

[referee]

*Heads to Cristy*

Hey, is it all right?

[rlp]

Looking up, you can see Degenerate being pulled through the window.

umm when did my stats go down? When i rammed into that door?

I think it's died. Although, my email hasn't been working too well recently. Could be that.

i'm just resting here in my 'corner' - considering there are already two of us in there, i think a third is not needed... Fancy a game of dice?

ACTION: Climb to the window

[rlp]

((*eyes widen* It's alive! *laughs maniacally*))
Just before you begin climbing, Fezzik sticks his head out of the window and yells for some rope.

[referee]

How high is the window? In other words, can the rope reach him if I throw it up?

[rlp]

You look up at the window. It does seem far, but you think a good throw will reach the window.

[referee]

Hey, Fezzik! There it goes!!

*takes rope*
*gauges throw*
*winds up*
*throws rope up*

catch it!

[Fezzik]

~catches rope with soft first baseman hands~
~ties rope around something sturdy, throws woman on my shoulders, and gently slides down the rope to the ground~

To referee: "Go up the rope, and up the winding stairs to help Degenerate with the struggle up top."

Oh, btw.. ~asks crowd if there is a doctor who knows what to do about a poisonous spider bite..~

[referee]

Do as instructed by Fezzik

[rlp]

referee easily climbs the rope to the window.
No one in the crowd answers when Fezzik asks for a doctor, but somebody in the crowd can be heard saying 'That's Lady Carolina, isn't it?'

[Fezzik]

To crowd: "And who might Lady Carolina be?"

what happened up there? Where was she, Fez?

[Fezzik]

The woman I hauled from the tower was tied to a chair on the floor below the one the window's on. There was a jar of poisonous spiders on her head, which fell, and broke. I have a bite on my hand that itches.

[rlp]

You see someone pushing through the crowd to where you are standing, followed by cries like, 'Don't push,' or 'Watch it!'.
'Lady Carolina is the wife of the Baron!' the man who first called out shouts. 'Don't you know anything?!'

[Fezzik]

Apparently not.

[referee]

To degenerate: Hey, who's that guy? Shouldn't we go upstairs?
