lol. Just add to the number next time. At the end of of the game, we count scores by adding the number of territories all the board belonging to you plus the number of prisoners you have captured during the game. I fix for you.

Thanks. I realised I used to play a dumbed-down version of it with pen and paper in junior high, so I still has a feel for good formations. I bet one of the rules we ignored will get me, though

There aren't that many rules in GO. I'll bet you're talking about the "Ko" rule, which is the most complicated one in the set. You rarely encounter Ko fights on a 9x9 board.
