A what?

This is a close game. It looks like you might actually win, as of the moment.

lol! Not that way! The game doesn't end until we both passed.

There are a few more places we need to resolve, but D8 is not one of them. You just cheated yourself out of a point.

I'm afraid I don't understand. Captures aren't worth points?
C7.
Also, it would appear that I have like half the board walled up. Isn't that worth something?

Anyhow, I concede the game. You won by about 6 pts.

The ideal thing for you to do next is to play at F1, then I play at E1, then you close G1.

Final score should be

you: 23
me: 17

F1

Bah, nevermind then. The capture is implied, the stone at D7 was considered "Dead as it stands". When we both passed, that stone would be taken of the board as prisoner, regarless of wether it is enclosed completely or not. If I were to dispute that fact, I could try to play it out by escaping, but from the way the board look, that group will be eventually captured in the end, and the number of prisoners you took will even out or even add to your final scores. Make sense?

see what happen? Now you can only win by 4 pts, and less if you don't close your southeastern corner off.

and if you had played I6, you would have been destroyed. My north eastern wall is too strong for you to invade there.

I don't understand the scoring. Don't you count how many junctions are in our territory? Not counting the ones occupied by stones?

You right now have a total of 20 territories and 2 prisoners = 22.

I have 17 territories a 1 prisoner = 18.

You won by 4.
