You all plop down in the middle of the octagonal room, except for mudster, who is wandering up and down the halls, looking for traps. You begin to wonder whether mudster might be a bit paraniod, and whether this might actually be a good thing

CrystyB and SaberKitty are unable to decipher the scroll. However, Werebear, reading over their shoulders, is able to read it easily. (As Mr. Bear is the only one among you who can read this language, I'll inform him of the contents of the scroll and he can choose to share it or not.)

Neo looks at the other acquired items, but has no clue what they might be used for.

It's a scroll of "Maim Electric Rat". Now where would THIS be valuable? Oh, wait, it's a scroll of "Summon"... um, it summons a celestial badger. Hm. I'll keep this for a while, maybe at some point of a fight we could use a distraction for our foe.

I asked for emails because there are nine of you and this is very, very far from the only thing that I am doing in life - I don't want somebody to mention something in passing to me in chat and then later, when I go to do updates have to be like, "Oh, wait, what was that? Who wanted a DEX increase?" I prefer to have something to refer back to.

You may also post your level-up stuff here in the thread if you don't mind calling all the other players' attention to it.

In fact, I suggest this method for SaberKitty - I got your email at the other address and it was similarly fubared - I think your email is keying attachments as inline text - all I get is a load of HTML.

Actually, at this point feel free to take all the time you want - I'm off running around in the woods for a week or so, so game is more or less off from Sep. 18-24.
