I don't know where she is, obviously she hasn't been home, nor has she been at work, but her email there is still active, or maybe it just doesn't have a bounce message. I thought maybe she'd had to go back to Florida, or off to Cali, but I just don't know. Her answering machine message is rather dated, but it's still there, so her apartment is....

I lost complete track of what's going on, where I am, etc. Any chance of a quick recap?

We went in, Pika got stoned, we discovered a room of gnomes, opened a door we shouldn't have opened, Pika wanted to open the other door of danger, but we wouldn't let him, there was also a couple of nasty monsters we fought... we've gotten armor and an axe, and gold. If I remember right, we were hovering on the outside of an arena wondering if we should go on.

Don't sell yourself short - you went in the arena, fought a hydra, and came out the other side. If I recall correctly, you had all just nearly been eaten by giant beetles and/or set aflame by your comrades, and had retreated to rest and heal. Somewhere, there are crispy beetle carcasses blocking your path. Somewhere, there is a portal to which you do not have a key.

Somewhere, I have notes on this game, as well. Regrettably, I haven't been able to find them yet. Let you know when I do, or when I decide to give up and just reconstruct the damned thing altogether. (That may screw up the story line I had planned, but since I don't remember what that was, and you don't know, I don't think anyone will mind.)
