If that doesn't work out, we could go back to the roman numeral thing; after all, all the victims so far have one of the roman numeral letters (I,V,X,L,C,D,M) in their username. Maybe such letters must form a true roman numeral when all other letters are dropped?... No, Jericho would become "IC" and that's not how you write 99.
