Due to the recent technical difficulties I experienced in the old thread, I am going to place visitors in the following manner for this round. Visitors who reposted their movement intentions in this thread will be placed in their selected locations. Visitors who did not (re)post, but received ferry tickets will be placed at the harbor. Visitors who did not (re)post, but have the option to purchase tickets will be placed at their respective ticket machines. The visitors who do not fit in any of the preceding categories will not be mentioned in the report. Visitors may, during the course of this action phase, post a clarification of a location that they intended to visit and the action their intended to perform. I will do my best to incorporate the clarifications.

Trading Card (Agamemnon)
The purchaser of this trading card (only one in stock) may trade tour group membership between any two active visitors belonging to different groups. The card is good for one trade, which may be invoked at any time by posting the message "Trade <visitor name> with <visitor name>" in bold. Trading does not affect the location of any visitor. Visitors who have been sent home are not eligible for trades.

Tern Stile (referee)
Learn the secret to making money that toll collectors have known for centuries. The purchaser of this tern stile (only one in stock) may install it and force any visitor to pay a toll of one Struthio coin every time they intend to leave or pass through the tern stile’s location. The tolls will be transferred from the passing visitor’s expense account to the tern stile owner’s account. The owner must install the tern stile during the action (i.e. non-movement) phase of a round by posting "Install Tern Stile" in bold. The tern stile will be then be installed at whatever location the owner happens to be. At the time of installation, the purchaser may also specify an exemption list of visitors who do not have to pay tolls. The tern stile’s installation is permanent. The tern stile may not be installed at a harbor or any location immediately adjacent to a harbor.

Climbing Gear (Qaqaq and Tablesaw)
You’ll rise to the top of whatever you’re doing with this special climbing gear as seen on the "Cliff Hangers" game on The Price Is Right. Quantities force us to sell sets of gear at a limit of one to a customer. With the climbing gear in your possession, you’ll be able to manage slopes otherwise too steep to scale, and with a yodeling soundtrack to boot! We’re offering this special deal because this is previously used merchandise (each set of gear will last three more times before it becomes unusable). The gear may be shared, at the purchaser’s discretion, among visitors climbing at the same location, although each visitor’s climb would be considered one use.

25:25:25:25 Card (Qaqaq)
A purchaser of this card may use it, after being asked a trivia question, by posting "Use 25:25:25:25 Card" in bold. When the card is used, the moderator will post four possible answers to the purchaser’s current question—one of which will be correct. The card must be used before the normal 48-hour deadline. If the moderator posts the four answers within the first half of the 48-hour time span then the normal deadline stands. If the moderator posts in the second half, then the deadline will be extended to a time 24 hours after the moderator’s post. The card has one usage, and due to limited supplies only one card per customer.

(Islands management assumes that Agamemnon was intending to move toward Ticket Machine 9)

"I can see that you have lost interest in making movement decisions," says a voice behind Termital. The visitor from Xanthi turns to see a clown made up to resemble Mark Walberg. "Why don’t you follow me," the Mark Walberg clown beckons. Termital follows the clown to a museum display where there are six circular trap doors. "Ah," Termital says, "I am being sent back home, and as a parting shot I need to pull one of these levers and drop through a trap door, like the contestants on Russian Roulette, which is hosted by Mark Walberg in the U.S." The Mark Walberg clown blinks, and finally replies. "Sort of, but there’s a bit of a twist." The clown pushes Termital down one of the trap doors. Termital’s fall is cushioned by a pile of a million one-dollar bills (in Monopoly money) filling a small boat heading back to Fedda Dusta. In the boat with Termital is Evan Marriott holding a bucket of KFC. "This was a difficult decision," Evan tells Termital, "because I like you a lot, but I have a confession I need to make to you." Evan’s confession continues as the small boat sails out of earshot.

Visitors mole, Saxifrage, and Tahnan all arrive at Swepia Harbor with tickets in hand. They pass Dragon Phoenix who sits ticketless at the harbor. Saxifrage, and Tahnan board the Lano-Catru ferry and mole boards the Ocagru ferry.

Hey, er, curator? I recall being told: "The original policy was to remove an idle visitor when s/he requires random placement twice in a row, but it was changed to random placement three times in a row to allow players to get used to the pace." Dragon Phoenix wasn't placed this round, but after posting movement in Round 9, he's only posted to say "can I be replaced" and "don't forget I'm not in this any more." In other words, he was randomly moved in rounds 10 and 11, and then neglected for round 12. Does that mean the clowns will be coming for him soon?

I ask because I fear a certain disaster, if his "I need to leave this one" post counts as a movement post, in which case we'll be sitting at the harbor for a few rounds while those Ocagru weasels run rampant across Groons-Cape Orwillia.

A yeoman (who as luck would have it happens to be named Curator) bounds up to Tahnan on the Lano-Catru ferry and responds to his question with glee. "Your calculations are accurate," the yeoman says, "and Islands management apologizes for the confusion. The management originally decided to handle Dragon Phoenix’s departure by suspending his random movement count. At the time, it was thought that a member of Lano-Catru might purchase a ticket for Dragon Phoenix at a machine, and when that member arrived at the harbor it would cause Dragon Phoenix to automatically board. Management didn’t realize that the dispensing of ferry tickets was going to be such a unpleasant and time-consuming process for the visitors.

Thus it was decided that the policy on Dragon Phoenix would be reverted to normal. By the Islands management random movement count, Dragon Phoenix will be sent home at the beginning of the next action phase provided he does not make a movement choice in the next movement phase. Lano-Catru will not be penalized for Dragon Phoenix’s presence, that is, the possible race for the gangplanks next round will not take Dragon Phoenix into consideration.
