I want you to know I'm really going to suck at this, but I'll try it anyway because it looks fun *ahem*.
Seriously though, it does just look fun. But, having never run one of these before, I have a quick question: If somebody asks me a question about my person, what do I do? For example, if it is George Washington and somebody says "Were you the first president of the United States?" Do I say a. "yes, good job, you win" b. "no, I am not George Washington" or c. "umm... I have no idea. Take a general"?

The letter is A. There are far too many potential forbidden categories for me to list them all, but I guess I'd better go with classical music

Good job Doc! I'm Don Adams.

Generals
1. I'm male
2. I'm alive
3. I currently reside in the United States
4. I am older than 45 (posted 8/4/03)
5. I am an artist or performer
6. I am an actor
7. I am over 65 (8/5/03)
8. I am not known for movies rather than tv.

Stumper: Are you a writer of old text adventures with the same name as someone a bit more famous?

(I might not be around long enough to take the general, but it's nice to post in a celli that doesn't already have ten million replies already)

What if I legitimately didn't know George Washington was the first president of the United States? When the answer was revealed, should I concede?

It would be very embarassing if he died before you figure it out Would I be forced to change the answer to the general?
