In the style of Cuban Smoker's earlier quizes, you may supply one answer at a time, and you must wait until someone else has supplied an answer before you go again. Correct answers are worth +1, incorrect answers are worth -1, and the person to name the last answer will get a point and then have their score for the round doubled. No outside resources are permitted.

APEC, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, aims to promote growth, development, and improved living standards for member nations through mechanisms like Free Trade and multilateral agreements. When the organisation was started, in 1989, there were 12 member nations. This has since bloomed to 21.

Name the 12 founding nations of APEC. Once all 12 have been identified, name the 9 nations to join APEC since it's inception. (bonus goes to the last of these 9)
