Yet, another player who feels the game is only worth playing when everything goes his way has decided to resign, leaving France without a ruler. Anyone with a bit more guts willing to take it over?

In my opinion as a player, it is far from hopeless. Situations in Diplomacy seldom are hopeless, but that one's not even close. Thankyou. Please open your embassy in the thread.
