Yes, docs can self-heal. Anyone can pick themself (it's a good test to tell if you're a cop, I guess.) And if the three Mafia all vote for someone different, I pick randomly.

Werebear, who was pretty sure he was Mafia, was out at night thinking about helping his fellow Mafia kill someone. One of his fellow Mafia snickered loudly.

"What's so funny?" asked Werebear.

"As soon as you turn around, if I'm Mafia, I'm going to shoot you in the back."

"Oh," said Werebear, and (unfortunately for him,) turned around.

True to his word, the other Mafia guy shot him in the back. Bang. Ouch. Blood. Death.

If the Doc is lynched today, the Mafia win.

If a Mafia is lynched today, there will be one more night to see if the Mafia targets himself thinking he's a Doc. If he does, and kills himself, the Doc wins. If he targets the Doc, and the Doc targets himself, we'll call it a draw, since Docs can protect themselves in this game. If he targets the Doc, and the Doc targets him, thinking he's a Mafia, the Mafia wins.

For one thing no other mafioso voted for the first three kills. Werebearskinrug's first success was orbiting (probably a bit naughty of him to reveal that after his death, but thanks for the info werebear), and jeep's first was werebear. The only way you could have even hoped to confuse us mafia (read jeep, because I'm already beyond convincing that jeep isn't mafia) today was if you had claimed to be responsible for the kill's I got.

The fact is that all the evidence now fits together like a columbo episode

. So all you're doing by questioning the evidence is looking more like the flustered, cornered, about-to-die-grusomely doc that you are.
