This note was found on Mayor Quimby's desk right before he skipped town:

"My fellow citizens, Springfield is in a dire state.

Mr. Burns, diabolical owner of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, has decided to tighten his grip on the people of this fair city. He has installed a huge device to block out the sun so more electricity has to be used by the populous twenty-four hours a day. In order to keep the town from revolting, Mr. Burns has affiliated himself with Fat Tony of the local mafia and his goons. They plan to slowly take over the town, one night at a time.

Not only that, but it seems that all across Springfield people have been reporting sightings of UFOs. Their infamous leader Kang has proclaimed that all people in Springfield will be eliminated. The abductions have already begun.

If that wasn’t enough, the Simpsons’ youngest daughter, Maggie, drove away in her father’s car after her brother Bart failed to watch her. Maggie has since crashed the car into the Springfield Penitentiary, releasing Springfields most dangerous criminal, Snake. While escaping, witnesses report hearing him say "All right, time for crime spree."

People of Springfield, as your elected Mayor, I urge you to stay calm and don’t panic. We are going to take care of this with the highest degree of maturity and systematic justice. As a town we will forcefully lynch one person a day until we flush these murderers out.

I unfortunately will not be able to join you. I have an important meeting in the Bahamas.

Day breaks on Springfield, after a long and strange night.

Dr. Marvin Monroe, also known as mith, was working late into the night as the town’s most famous family psychiatrist. He decided to take a evening stroll, it would be his last. He was attacked by aliens on his doorstep. Being the resilient person he is, mith (covered in alien-drool and blood) managed to get back inside his house and dial 911. But he did not know he had a visitor. When the police arrived they found mith dead from a knife wound to the chest, and his Beta VCR was missing. It was obviously the work of Snake.

Kang, the leader of the Aliens who had adopted the idenity of mole, had a run-in with Duffman last night. Mole proceeded to get drunk with the corporate mascot and then wandered the city streets doing his duty as an alien. Unfortunately he happend upon Profesor Frink. Professor Frink had been working all night trying to find Kang by observing UFO’s in the night sky. Imagine his surprise when a drunk Kang stumbled into his laboratory. He promptly panicked and ran screaming out of his laboratory, knocking over flammables and volatile chemicals as he went. It did not take long for the laboratory to catch fire and incinerate the inebriated alien.

Finally, it seems that the mafia princess Orbiting (under the guise of Fat Tony) was busy last night. She set out to kill Puzzle Prodigy, also known as Bart. She took care of him quickly and cleanly, leaving no trace of her prescence, but she soon found that she wasn’t feeling so good. She didn’t normally get quesy from killing others, so she decided to see a doctor immediately. But because she was part of the mafia, she didn’t want to draw attention to herself at the main hospital of Springfield (especially after killing Puzzle Prodigy) so she sought medical aid elsewhere. Orbiting died accidentally last night, under the care of the amiable, but sometimes inept, Dr. Nick.

Although I usually preach against target-choice-logic, IS is a special case. Recently he's been killing mith and myself every time he got the chance. He even boasted about it when we played Spades the other night. Nobody else knew about it until now, so it couldn't be an incriminate kill.

Wow, Macros, good malpractice. Heh, we got lucky there. If you want some medical tips, here is a quick analysis: We don't know how often you will kill the person you are protecting, but I would suggest protecting someone you think is Mafia, Snake, or Alien, esp. Mafia. If you protect that person from a kill from the others, well, so be it. But if I were an incompetant doctor, I'd consider myself a vigilante type role. I'd treat your ability of "x% chance of killing" instead of "x% chance of protecting."

Since we got one alien, I suspect Kodos is working alone.
Snake is clearly a loner.
In the mafia, Fat Tony was the gf in the shows, but how will CM Burns show up? Any guess how many mfia members there are?

Antrax, it COULD be an incriminate kill... by you. Hmm... mith was targetted twice. I wonder if he was targetted by both you AND IS... you were going to try to incriminate him and he acted normal... hmm....

Besides, all I was doing was joking about the running gag of the Antrax/Mith first night deaths that seem to be plaguing www.mafiascum.net (shameless plug for miths site). Antrax could sheepishly try to use it against me from internal rage that he really should just be focusing at some towelheads and not me.

Only Antrax's giant ego could be so dominant and the fact that he keeps getting killed only fuels it that much more. Why dont you relax and save yourself the baseless accusations. Facts:
IS targetted both me and mith a lot recently.
IS boasted about doing so in an internet conversation last night.
IS had enough time to be acquainted with whatever group he's a part of (I'm guessing aliens) and choose their target(s).

What I'm saying is this: If IS is mafia, this would be the situation of the game. It's possible that the same thing happened without IS being mafia. I find the first scenario more likely.
