Ok ok, I'm R.M. Renfield, solicitor, but I'm not the madman. I have some sort of psychological connection with Dracula, which gives me a chance of finding out his night actions, and a smaller chance of finding out who he is. Dracula on the other hand has the possibilty to find out who I am. And because I have a chance of blowing his cover, he now tries to frame me.

Dr. Seward had the possibility of curing me (removing the connection between Dracula and I). He died the first night though.

Cadmium, what is the name of your role?? I mean, it must be something related to the theme. I probably have to give you some time to make something up though.

I'm Quincey Morris, a friend of Dr. Seward. He was indeed capable of curing you. But that's curing you of your madness. Because you are the madman! I could help him find you. And now I did. Oh, fast enough for you (this response)? You took a lot longer to respond. Probably trying to figure out how to get out of your lynch, right?

Corsato claims to be Renfield. And I believe he is. But I read Bram Stoker's Dracula multiple times, and the only thing that Renfield is, is a madman in Dr. Seward's asylum. So it was a nice try, but Renfield can never be a sane person. Second, there is a madman in this game. We all know that. Now, does it sound right that there is a Renfield (who is a madman in the novel) but he is not the madman in this game? I don't think so. Also, in the book Dracula had control over Renfield. But Corsato is claiming that he can find things out about Dracula. Another thing that doesn't fit.

Logic:
1. If Cadmium is Dracula, he does not want to get caught.
2. If Cadmium does not want to get caught, he does not make a public announcement that he's caught the madman and make everyone vote for him, especially if it's not necessary, because we will lynch him the next day if he's lying.
3. Cadmium DID make said public announcement, at the risk of his own neck if he's lying.
CONCLUSION: Cadmium is not Dracula.

Any flaws in this logic?

I did a little research to help my decision-making skills. I suspect that Corsato is telling the truth when he says that he is R.M. Renfield. Based on his literary character, he can probably seek Count Dracula and kill innocent people on alternate nights. I don't think we've had madman victims two consecutive nights. Werebear's observation that the real Dracula would certainly not come out with such a bold assertion against his enenmy without first being named a suspect himselfleads me to believe Cadmium.

However, the officer at the scene informed me that two suspicious characters had been caught fleeing the scene of the crime, and that they would be executed at the end of the day.

It seems there's only four people with no claimed roles, and we've got at least one mafia (probably two), and one vampire lurking around.

Has anyone got any information on Dread Pirate Westley, Quailman, Internet Stranger or Werebear that'd narrow it down even further?

Quailman has claimed to be just a Townie.

I have a named role. It's on the Town's side but I'd rather not reveal anything about it. If enough people want me to or if we decide today is role-claiming day then I will.

Question: isn't Cadmium a madman-curing guy? Odd that he's been caught and is awaiting execution, I was pretty sure he was on our side.

And I'm still not feeling the trust for Frankenstein and his resurrected creation.
