Scenario

The year is 2021. Exponetial discoveries in bio-engineering have culminated in Replicants, artificial life-forms human-like in almost every detail. “More human than human” is the motto of the megacorp producing them. With the aid of the cheap labor they provide man has expanded into space. The asteroids are mined and colonies have been founded. Earth has entered a golden age.

Downplayed is the fact that replicants are like any other machine - they're either a benefit or a hazard. If they're a benefit, there’s no problem. If they’re a hazard, you need a blade runner. Because when replicants are a hazard, people die.

Some replicants escaped from the colonies two weeks ago. Killed twenty-three people and jumped a shuttle. An aerial patrol found the ship in the desert. No crew. They are believed to have infilitrated the city.

They are now isolated in this block of the city. It is on lockdown and no one is allowed to leave. You have been left to your own devices. An ESPER unit has been left in charge of enforcing "justice".

Rules are standard. At day break I will announce the required votes for a “lynching”. Once that number is reached it can not be undone. I may impose a deadline to move things along but I will give at least 24 hours from the time of the post.
Do not communicate with anyone else by e mail or chat unless I have told you that you may, and then only at night.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask ESPER here or by e mail. She will be recording the voting and will also answer questions based on the lowest security level of the forum.
NOTE: If you question ESPER by e mail (her e mail is valid) do not share any information with her that you don't want shared with everyone. She does not know your roles but will happily tell everyone if she learns it.
