There's nothing like a good old bandwagon to wake up to first thing in the morning.

My previous vote for Garm was based on random choices whilst by current vote for mikegoo is baed on him being bored.

vote: mikegoo

And by the way - i'm a townie

Garm, I wasn't exactlly asking for a role claim, but you hinted at additional abilities and I wondered if you would care to elaborate.

I still don't think that Sooth is mafia, and with Garm saying he has some kind of power I don't want to vote for him pending further info. so I will unvote: gaspode and vote: Mikegoo

Halfway to being lynched. Any reasons for the vote TANSTAAFL? Kind of hard to defend oneself against reasoning like: "he is bored" and "I don't think it's Sooth and don't wanna risk GARM, I guess I'll throw one at mikegoo".

well, i admit that i don't have a great reason for voting for you. I read through the thread, and there wasn't anyone who made me feel very suspicous of them. Then you hand another player a defense right after you voted for them, and switch your vote to a player that I think is probably innocent. Then you defend yourself against a single vote (I know, you said you were bored.) This seemed odd to me, so I returned to my vote from day one, onto someone that other people obviously find somewhat suspicious as well (as evidenced by the fact that I am not the only one voting for you.)

Right ... 4 of 6.

Amazing reasons so far:
1) 3rd on 2 bandwagons
2) he's bored
3) changed his mind on GARM's guilt and defended against 1) unneccessarily
4) blank (nice job Sivat)

My defense:
1) 7 to lynch and I'm going to be 3rd on a bandwagon for a fellow mafia? get real.
2) Looks like I won't be bored much longer.
3) I gave reasons for my change of heart...sorry if you don't like my style.
4) your only post today...no reasons, fun fun fun.
I'm a townie so my death will not be a big loss so I'm done defending...and really if you don't believe those I ain't gonna say anything to convince you.

Now if Quiller and Sparticus would say something more we could probably end this day (with or witout me breathing).

Why is there a star next to jesternl again?

Jesternl has a star next to his name because he was a replacement for another player.

Why do you mention Sivat for your fourth vote? Wordcross posted that vote, and I didn't know that he was in the game. Are he and Sivat the same person?

oh yes, sorry, i am wordcross. Or one of him, anyway

anyway, I'll unvote Mikegoo because he seems sincere, and i have decent instinct most of the time.

I don't know whom to vote for though.

Perhaps vote: Quiller because although he's made two posts, it was to accuse two others of sounding mafiesque. Not a lot of contribution. I haven't been much better, but it's considered bad form to vote for one's self, so there ya go.

see, all you had to do was defend yourself against 4 votes, not just one. And like sivat/wordcross, I also think you sound sincere.

However, I think Sparticus has contributed less to the game, even though he has posted more than Quiller. He gave us a random vote on day one, then spent the rest of the day debating who is who and who got the next hot dog Then today he shows up to say he has no clue who to vote for because no one has said much. Well we've given him several suggestions, but he has yet to reappear. So I'm going to unvote: mikegoo, vote: sparticus

Also with the reasoning that Tfff would not have tried to through suspicion on fellow Mafia members, that rules out garm, green crayons, jesternl, mikegoo, and quiller. No one wanted to follow my vote for gaspode, i know i'm innocent, and i've already said that i think sooth is, so the most suspicious person in my mind right now is Sparticus.

This is dragging on forever. Let's just lynch someone as IS would say.

Unvote Garm, apparently not the flavour of the day.

I really have no preference for any of the others, so in order to speed things up I'll vote for the current leader.

My strongest suspicions are leaning toward Soothsayer. I'd agree that tffff didn't seem subtle enough to accuse a fellow mafia member, so I'm ruling out jesternl and GARM. Soothsayer and TANSTAAFL are on my suspicious list. Vote: Soothsayer and FOS: TANSTAAFL.

Reasoning? I apologize if I missed it, but I don't quite see where your lack of suspicion for Sooth comes from, TANSTAAFL. Without good reason from you, I suspect you and Sooth, and since Sooth is closer to lynching, I'm voting for him.

Sorry, I've been busy the past few days and haven't had a chance to read the thread. I was able to get some time tonight, though, and I realize that we are getting nowhere. Now I admit that I'm partly responsible for this since I haven't posted in a while, but we need something to happen. So, unvote: mikegoo and vote: Sparticus because we need to get this day moving and he hadn't voted until it was pointed out that he hadn't. (I realize that Jesternl hasn't voted at all but he seems to be innocent because of the "tffff accused him" argument).

UnFOS: TANSTAAFL and Unvote: Soothsayer

Yeah, that makes sense. I can't really risk it in case you are a cop.

However, that really cuts down the list of suspicious. For now I'll have to assume that you, TANSTAAFL, are innocent. Perhaps you were on to something previously, maybe with Gaspode. TANSTAAFL's previous reasoning seems to make sense. Gaspode may have voted last to remove suspicion. I won't vote for him yet until I have some more people who would agree with me.

The townclock struck the hour. Beads of sweat broke out on Sparticus's forehead. The votes were read aloud one by one. It seemed he was just short of the number needed, and with an extension in play Sparticus thought he was home clear - he could easily argue his way out. The clock ticked again. Soothsayer rushed into the room.... 'Sorry im late' he cried. And with aplomb he posted his vote - and sparticus realised his number was up

"Wait no - dont kill me Im spartAcus! The votes said SpartIcus! SpartIcus! I tell you - youve got the wrong one"

And soon Sparticus body hung from a tree - as dead as TFFFF the mafia stabber, and as useful as a bear skin rug with barbed wire round its neck.

The town kicked in Sparticus door and began searching. Sooth found Sparticus diary, and he read aloud... "Today we lynched TFFFF, I never trusted him. I think he was scummy" and "Werebear is dead - who can we blame...."

The town leaves knowing full well that they just lynched an innocent. Sparticus was a pure townie with no skills, and no evil in him.

It is now night - night choices please

It seemed strange. Normally the door was open at 8am sharp for all the sick to come in and recieve their medicines. The doctors office was shut tight. Fearing the worst the town approached and forced their way in - and found Dr Crayons, Dr Green Crayons lying on the floor - unconcious - but breathing.

Doctor Green Crayons is in a coma and cannot post or vote in this day. Comatose victims will not survive the night unless protected by a doctor. The town could be in very large trouble as it is the doctor who is comatose....

There are 8 players eligible to vote. It will take five to lynch. The day has dawned.

Why not wait for her to say something before throwing votes around? Even if she has found an innocent, we can take her lead in voting for someone she has not checked.

Not bad - doubled your number of posts in this game very quickly! This game is all about making accusatory votes - live with it.

If the cop comes out with evidence that suggests that "x" is guilty or that you are innocent I will change my vote immediately. But assuming that this does not occur, it is up to you to defend yourself

Unfortunately I did not find any scum last night, just another innocent. I apparently am not a very good investigator

Well, I don't want to lead to the lynching of another innocent. I wanted more discussion yesterday before we decided, which is why I asked for the extension. So I am not going to vote yet, I would like to hear from everyone else about their suspicions.

On another note: I'm not sure how many doctors there are in this game. Question for amb: a comatose person cannot vote or post during the day, can they still perform a night action the following night? Or not unless they are saved by a doc?
